Spent Easter weekend at a mountain property which was well-equipped for families. Enjoyed the variety of activities such as the cycle rentals and indoor play area. appreciated the location being around an hour's drive from beautiful locations like Salzburg and Hallstatt. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The apartment we stayed in was not properly prepared upon arrival - we had to set up the sofa bed on our own. The quality of the sofa bed was also not very comfortable which resulted in a poor sleeping experience.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. The service was top-notch, with laundry service available and tours and tickets easily arranged. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities and a cozy sitting area. The garden furniture provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The flat-screen TV and dining table added an extra touch of comfort. I also loved the variety of leisure facilities, such as the sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath. The sun terrace and sun loungers were the perfect place to unwind. The entertainment options were endless, from the BBQ facilities to the aqua park. The hotel also had great staff who provided excellent service. this hotel exceeded all my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We had an amazing stay surrounded by nature but still close to everything we needed. The hotel facilities were perfect for families, including a playroom and outdoor trampoline. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The location was convenient for daily trips to ski areas and close to the ski bus stop.

It's close to the ski bus stop, which is convenient for skiers and snowboarders. it is situated near everything, giving you surprisingly diverse options for activities. You'll have access to all ski areas in the vicinity, perfect for your ski vacations. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and spotless, while the service is exceptional. Whether you're traveling with your family or solo, you'll appreciate the sumptuous breakfast. the facilities are top-notch and luxurious. You can unwind in the magnificent playroom or have a great workout in the well-equipped gym. Last but not least, the view from the balcony is just breathtaking.

The hotel doesn't provide salt, pepper, and cooking oil, but that's a minor issue compared to all the facilities and benefits it offers.

Great place for families to enjoy nature and activities. the kids loved the variety of play equipment and indoor playroom. the staff were super friendly and helped with local discounts and recommendations. the location was perfect, only a short drive to supermarkets and other attractions. We enjoyed using the free bicycles and exploring nature.

Our apartment heater was too hot, and the shower was cramped and in need of an upgrade. We also missed having a washing machine in the apartment, and the laundry service provided was inconvenient and had an extra charge.
